Making a change to your policy

LSV understands that you may need the flexibility to contact us at a time convenient to you. In this section of our website we invite you to email any special requirements or requests you may have of us.

Please detail your request and we will contact you within 24 hours of receipt (normal business hours) and will confirm to you our response. Please be advised that any change you wish to make to your policy will not be transacted until such time as we have confirmed acceptance of the change by return email. For privacy purposes we will need to verify your identification prior to accepting and confirming any changes to your policy:
